Sadref Africa

At Sadref Africa, we support hurting individuals through their healing journey and help to restore hope to the brokenhearted through divorce recovery programs.

About Us

Sadref Africa is a biblically based foundation that Train, Support & Equip individuals in their healing journey through Christ-centered programs to help rebuild their lives to wholeness and self rediscovery after a breakup.

Our Theme is Psalms 147:3 - He heals the broken-hearted and binds up their wounds.

Sadref Networks Africa was incorporated in the Kenyan market in December 2020 of the  Companies Act no 17 of 2015 Laws of Kenya. We are taking a leading role in offering support and services to the separation and divorce forum with an uncompromised commitment to quality services, counseling, psycho-support, health, and the safety of all affected members. We conduct our services by combining an open relationship with our stakeholders based on mutual trust, transparency, accountability, and discipline.

Sadref Networks Africa is wholly owned and managed by indigenous Kenyans who have sufficient motives to operate the organization as an indigenous African company. We are committed to building a strong psychological counseling team and psych-support system based on flexibility and unmatched quality performance. This idea was born after realizing a great need in society to deal with the stigma and trauma of separation and divorce.

Our Founder

Jennie Wachira

Jennie has gone through a painful divorce process and a divorce recovery program.  She is passionate in supporting hurting individuals through their healing journey and has helped to restore hope to the broken hearted through divorce recovery programs.

A painful divorce led me to rediscover my purpose

After four years with her husband, Jenny Wachira, discovered that he had been having multiple affairs. A gut-wrenching, painful divorce followed later that left her and her two daughters, Camila (19) and Alexa (11) broken.

Not only did she have to live without the family structure she had relied upon, she also had to face her new identity as a single mother. Her painful experience fueled her passion to start Sadref Africa Organisation, an outfit that offers a safe space for real and authentic conversations for those hurting from separation or divorce. She shares her gripping memoirs.

Divorce was the most stressful and emotional experiences I have ever undergone. The break up was extremely painful because it represented the loss, not just of the partnership, but also of the dreams and commitments we shared.

I was born and raised in Uasin Gishu County and I’m glad to have been raised by loving parents who were in an advantageous marriage. My father loved my mother and fully supported our family. I always dreamed of having a husband just like him. My parents introduced me to church at a tender age and since then, faith remains a significant part of my life.

Importance of Taking a Break

In a world that's always on the go, remember the power of pausing. Taking breaks isn't laziness; it's essential for recharging your mind, body, and soul.

So, whether it's a few deep breaths, a walk outside, or a moment of quiet, prioritize taking breaks to refresh and rejuvenate. Your w#selfcare #takeabreakSelfCare #TakeABreak
